You mention preservatives. Are you saying that it is not necessary for any frozen foods to have preservatives in them? That has to be good, if it is true.

 

Frozen foods don’t require preservatives because the process of freezing foods halts bacterial growth almost entirely. Indeed frozen foods have been around for thousands of years before preservatives and E numbers were even thought of!
