But we do not have a shop – we are the independent voice of frozen food. We go behind the scenes of the frozen food production line so that you, the consumer, can see where you food comes from! We uncover the benefits of frozen food and show how it can be nutritious, cost saving and time saving. We get access to the farmer’s fields where the vegetables are grown and harvested, we send our Field Operatives into frozen food factories and we also go on board the fishermen’s boats to see where our fish comes from. This is all so that shoppers can read about what they find in the frozen food aisles.

However, our expert chef and our resident nutritionist do create recipes all the time and one of them happens to be roast duck!
