Yvonne has a wealth of experience as a health food and nutrition expert, and has appeared regularly on GMTV, BBC TV, ITN News and Sky TV. Yvonne's career in wellness has included Holland and Barrett, running the health restaurant chain Cranks and corporate consultancy health and well-being services for The Food Doctor. She then set up Foods for Life nutrition services with clinics in Harley Street and south London.
