Mango & Coconut Cheese Cake
Try our exotic and tropical take on a favourite cheesecake – fresh with coconut and mango coulis! Guests will think you learnt to cook in the Caribbean!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 x frozen cheesecake, 1 x handful of dried coconut shavings, 1 x swirl of Mango coulis
Method
This delicious frozen cheesecake dessert is ready to serve straight from the freezer! Remove a slice of dessert from packaging & place on a dessert plate. Sprinkle the top of the dessert with dried coconut shavings. To finish, decorate the plate with a swirl of mango coulis. If you like you can also dust the frozen dessert with icing sugar.
This meal can be prepared in 10 minutes and is perfect for the busy Mum –It needs only the smallest of touches!
When you have defrosted and decorated your frozen cheesecake (see packaging for defrosting times) serve up to your guests, sit back and bask in their praise for your expertise!
