Ingredients

• 400g frozen large King Prawns

• 400g linguine

• 190g pesto

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

• 50g pine kernels toasted

• Handful fresh basil

Method

1. Boil the linguine in lightly salted water, according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Meanwhile gently warm the oil in a saucepan.

3. Heat the King Prawns gently until they are hot – they are already cooked & ready to eat, so this will only take 1-2 minutes.

4. Take the pan off the heat and add the pesto and the drained linguine and toss well.

5. Serve garnished with fresh basil and toasted pine kernels .
