Ingredients (serves 4)

1 x frozen cheesecake, 3 x orange segments, freshly grated orange zest, 1 x sprig of mint

    Method

Defrost your frozen cheesecake by following the instructions on the packaging (generally speaking – leaving the cheesecake overnight in your fridge will defrost the cheesecake thoroughly). But do remember to take the frozen dessert out from any wrapping whilst it is still solid – this will allow you to keep its perfect shape when it is soft and defozen.Place a slice of cheesecake on a dessert plate. Remove the skin from 3 segments of fresh orange & arrange in a tower beside cheesecake. Decorate plate with freshly grated orange zest & a sprig of fresh mint. And, hey presto! You're now an expert dessert chef!

This meal can be prepared in 10 minutes and is perfect for the busy Mum –It needs only the smallest of touches!

When you have defrosted and decorated your frozen cheesecake (see packaging for defrosting times) serve up to your guests, sit back and bask in their praise for your expertise!
