We do not endorse or recommend brands or retailers but we do discuss the issues surrounding the benefits of the frozen food option. But, it needn't have to be iether 'fresh foods' or 'frozen foods'! A mix of the two can make a convenient and healthy meal. So, why not try frozen pizzas as they can easily go in the oven from fozen which saves time. You can personalize your frozen pizza base by adding fresh ingreddients for extra taste and nutrition if you like. And hey presto – a wonderful fresh frozen meal!
