If i take some bacon out to defrost can I reuse the remainder. If not, how long should the bacon last in the fridge, once defrosted?

Thank you for your question. Your bacon should stay ‘fresh’ frozen for some time if you wrap it well each time you put it back in the freezer. This is to keep the air off the meat, which avoids freezer burn. Your bacon should last between two to four months if you keep your freezer at the correct temperature and if you keep it well wrapped.
