Ice Wall - 'You can be sure it's fresh - it's frozen'

On Wednesday 10th December, the New Ice Age erected a 5m wide x 2m high ICE WALL at the London Southbank Centre outside the Royal Festival Hall. Within the wall an array of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood were beautifully suspended in ice to display the freshness and high quality of frozen foods.
