I only have room for my freezer or my fridge, not both. I have to get rid of one and I think we could get rid of the fridge, keep the freezer and have a daily defrosting programme for milk, bread, butter. Would this work?
It is possible to eat only frozen foods from your freezer but this might not be most practical. Whilst bread, milk and butter can thawed from frozen this may be a hard routine to follow everyday. Frozen foods can offer a broad range of meals including frozen meat, frozen vegetables, frozen fruit, frozen baked products, frozen fish and even frozen pasta and rice. However some foods are not suitable for freezing and this includes salads. And how much of a salad fan are you?! Click here to see how to look after your freezer.
