I have just found my deep-frozen marmalade oranges. They must be about a year old. Will they make good marmalade? Will they be safe to use?

As a general guide, it is suggested that oranges when prepared correctly can last for 10-12 months in the freezer.

After this time the quality of the frozen food will start to diminish. However, the food should still be safe to eat.
