How long can I safely keep a frozen chicken in my fridge after I have defrosted it?

What an interesting question! Frozen food safety is not something to be taken lightly so make sure you never refreeze chicken once it is defrosted, it is however safe to do so once the meat is cooked! Your defrosted frozen chicken should be OK for a couple of days maximum before you  cook it but, as a general rule, you should always eat defrosted food as soon as possible after it is defrosted.

Always clean plates, utensils, surfaces and hands thoroughly, after they have touched raw or thawing meat, to stop bacteria from spreading. I hope this helps.
