Frozen within hours of catch – Nick discovers frozen fish

In September 2009, our 'Field Operative' Nick Adams traveled to Grimsby to discover how frozen fish products are produced. At the break of dawn, Nick paid a visit to Grimsby Fish Market before venturing to Five Star Fish to witness the processes taking place at their factory.
