So, why not pop down to your local supermarket and see just what we are talking about in this site. You might be surprised by the range of delicious frozen foods on offer. Frozen ready meals and frozen foods have surprisingly been around for much longer than you might imagine. The Ancient Chinese had been storing their frozen foods in caves filled with snow 3,000 years previously to us! 

It need not be a question of iether 'fresh foods' or 'frozen foods'! A mix of fresh and frozen can often make a quick and nutritious meal.
