Can I freeze my meats with my vegetables?

If both these food ingredients are already cooked (in a pie or any other recipe), freezing together is perfectly fine and commonplace.

Other than this it is important to package all food for freezing separately in secure containers like Tupperware or a freezer bag. This is so the juices i.e. blood from the meat does not contaminate the vegetables or anything else in the freezer and also doesn’t cause unpleasant spillages in the bottom of the freezer before it freezes fully.
