Not convinced...?

I can see how having frozen food is good for last minute meals but what happens when you have people round for dinner and then realise that you should have brought out the product from the freezer the day before? In those moments, surely chilled food is best?

Thank you for your comment. We can see exactly where you are coming from and partly agree that sometimes the safety aspects of defrosting frozen food might mean you cannot eat the product on the same day. However, if you are having a party then just keeping frozen food items will ensure you are already stocked up and won't necessarily have to buy even more stuff and find a place for it in your fridge! A packed freezer also means it is running efficeintly. Why don't you look out for products that can be defrosted quickly or in the microwave!
