Aldo will hold his master class in Billingsgate market for a lesson on what to look for when buying fish. After breakfast in Zilli’s café, our winners will spend the morning in the kitchen with our favourite celebrity chef, learning a range of skills including fish preparation and pasta making. In the afternoon our winners will be rewarded for their hard work as they will sit down with a glass of wine to enjoy the fruits of their labour.
