How to Afford Time Off with Your Baby
Author of How to Afford Time Off with Your Baby (Vermilion 09) and mummy blogger at babybudgeting.co.uk
Hi everyone! For the past six years I have been a stay at home mum managing my home and my two young children on a very small budget. I learnt so many tips and tricks along the way that last year I wrote a book all about baby budgeting and what can help. I also blog about budgeting during pregnancy to starting school and all the budgeting needs in between.
I am excited to be involved with The New Ice Age. Freezing and buying frozen food is always a top budgeting option! Here are a few of my top food budgeting tips! Cook twice as much as you need and stash a meal for your freezer for another day. This way you have meals on hand if your time short and less expensive option. Frozen veggies last longer than fresh and when monies short, waste has to be reduced. For loads more baby budgeting tips check out www.babybudgeting.co.uk

Becca Evans, Mum and blogger
Mum to a toddler, better half of a highly talented chef, currently in the process of launching her own online media business and blogger at BECKICKLESIE
I love having frozen food in the house because it's just so convenient. It keeps our veg nice and fresh and preserves all the vitamins and minerals, so I can be sure that my family are still getting all the goodness. Frozen doesn't have to mean microwave meals; sometimes buying a frozen chicken or a turkey in advance for the Sunday roast means that we can relax at the weekend and give the grocery shopping a miss.
