Yes, you can absolutely do that! Check the cooking instructions on the packaging, but we recommend that you defrost the frozen chicken pieces before cooking them, as cooking from frozen can prevent parts of it to be cooked the entire way through. Some products are designed to be cooked from frozen, but if this was unfrozen chicken that you froze yourself, you should always make sure you thoroughly and safely defrost the food.
