I took some mince out of the freezer 2 days ago; I put it in the fridge overnight and planned to cook it the next day (yesterday). I didn't and am now wondering if it's safe to cook today; it's still in the fridge. Thanks!

Thanks for checking this with us. It will take around 12 hours for your mince to defrost. The mince should be safe, and retain its quality for up to 24 hours after that. Do you have any idea what you will do with your mince? Check out our recipe ideas, we’re sure they will tickle your taste buds!

Many thanks for question on frozen food.
