I have defrosted some raspberries in the fridge, how long will they last thawed in the fridge? They are still sealed in the box they came in, (bought frozen)? Many thanks

What a good question – and there’s so much you can do with frozen berries, a frozen smoothie perhaps? Your frozen raspberries can be kept safely in your fridge for up to one day after they have thawed, but you may find that their consistency – but not the taste - will have changed the longer you leave them. But if you are making a coulis, smoothie or a milkshake that will not matter. Whu not make a coulis from stewed frozen fruit and add it to some frozen yoghurt?
