I defrosted fish yesterday. It’s in the fridge, is it ok to cook today?
Hello and thanks for the question regarding frozen fish. It takes 12 hours for fish to defrost in your fridge, and you are safe to keep the fish in the fridge for up to 24 hours on top of that.
