I bought a pack of 4 chilled chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, which I froze on the day. Should I now defrost them before cooking them or should I place them in the oven as they are frozen? Thank you! Ines, Dorset

Hi Ines. We recommend that you fully defrost the chicken before placing them in the oven. This will ensure that the entire chicken breast will be thoroughly cooked.

Some products are designed to be cooked from frozen, but as this was originally a chilled product it should be thoroughly defrosted. Click here to find out more about defrosting your poultry safely.

Happy cooking!
