Frozen foods how long does it last until you can’t refreeze it?

Frozen foods will last indefinitely and are safe to eat as long as they are defrosted/cooked according to guidelines. We suggest that you follow the defrost guidelines and that if you wish to refreeze a thawed food, it is preferable to cook it as soon as possible and then refreeze.Please see below for remmended times frozen foods can be stored:
