After defrosting frozen fish in the refrigerator, how long can they stay in the fridge before they go off?

Thank your for your question about frozen food. To answer your question: as with any fish product, once defrosted overnight in the fridge, you should eat the product within 48 hours. When frozen, fish can stay preserved for long periods of time but once thawed you must treat it like fresh fish. Click here for more information on defrosting frozen fish.
